Welcome to My Lil Piece of Heaven. By using our website and booking a stay at our retreat center, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Nature of Payments
My Lil Piece of Heaven is a mission-driven retreat center. All stays and services are offered as suggested donations to support our mission of providing healing retreats for families and youth. Pricing listed on our website represents suggested donation amounts for each cabin, package, or program.
Donation and Refund Policy
All donations are non-refundable. Because our operations depend on the generous support of our guests, we are unable to issue refunds for completed bookings.
However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to make your scheduled visit, we will do our best to reschedule your stay to a mutually convenient date, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible so we can work with you to find a new date.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before check-in will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Reservations and Check-In
Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with details about your stay, including check-in instructions. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking. Please arrive within the designated check-in window. If you anticipate a late arrival, let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
Guest Conduct
My Lil Piece of Heaven is a place where everyone is friends and family. We ask that all guests:
- Treat the property, cabins, furnishings, and artwork with care and respect
- Be considerate of other guests and neighbors
- Follow all posted rules regarding quiet hours, fire safety, and shared spaces
- Leave the cabin in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout
- Refrain from smoking indoors
Guests may be held responsible for damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Occupancy and Guests
Each cabin accommodates a maximum number of guests as listed on the booking page. The Whole Property option accommodates up to 16 guests across all four cabins. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity are not permitted without prior arrangement.
Pets
Please contact us before your visit if you plan to bring a pet. We will let you know whether pets are allowed during your stay and any applicable guidelines.
Liability
My Lil Piece of Heaven is situated in a natural, rural environment. Guests visit and stay at their own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Outdoor areas, the fire pit, and the pool are used at your own discretion. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Retreat Programs
Retreat programs, including anti-bullying retreats and family retreats, have their own specific guidelines and requirements that will be communicated during registration. Participation in any program is voluntary. Licensed therapists and facilitators may be present during certain retreat programs.

All content on this website, including text, images, illustrations, and artwork, is the property of My Lil Piece of Heaven and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. We reserve the right to update or modify website content, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
